Gulnara Otten

Gulnara is the Project Manager of our Enterprise Steps and Dek Growth programmes, she also supports with the business development and acquisition of new donor-funded projects and grants.

Gulnara's background is a mix of project management in the energy and the international development sector. Prior to joining LSBU, Gulnara worked for six years in a global business improvement organisation where she managed complex international trade and development projects.

She holds BSc in Oil and Gas Engineering and MSc in Strategic Marketing. Gulnara is originally from Kazakhstan and is fluent in both Russian and English.

In her spare time, Gulnara tries to navigate through a busy life of a mum of two boys and occasionally, attempts to travel with them (and her husband).
